Recipe:
For the muffins: 140 grams of butter
140 grams brown sugar
3 eggs
100 grams flour
25 grams of starch
You just mix them all together and bake for about 25-30 minutes. EXTRA EASY! (this recipe turns out great just by itself, it doesn't necessarily needs icing)
For the icing: half butter / half melted white chocolate, according to how much you want to get. I also added a little bit of red color to make them look pink :D
Melt the butter and the chocolate (they shouldn't turn liquid) and mix them together, then add the color. After keeping it in the fridge for about 20-30 minutes, it'll be hard and good to go.
