I love the Mango summer dresses

I was browsing mangoshop.com, since I'm staying at home, jobless, taking care of my bf's dog...My greatest thrill in life... And I am at least dreaming of the summer to come already so that I can wear something like this dresses, or even one of them. I am totally in love with florals! This trend is great! These are my fav models from the website.

I cannot affor looking into some other nice stores online because we don't have many of them here in Constanta and most of the great stores don't deliver to Romania (like Forever 21, topshop, h&m....) Yeah... Do I live in the middle of nowhere or what?...

a simple blue make up

Hy, I'm posting picture of a very simple and easy make up with blue eyeshadow. You you're a make up addict like me and you're browsing all day long the Internet for make up info you might know that it's one of the biggest challenges to apply blue eye shadow and don't look over done or not flawless, etc. This is my simple blue make up, I just applied a very good make up base and then the blue with a little tiny amount of black on the outer corners and white in the inner corners and the brow bone, to give it dimension. I used a light pink blush and a nude lip gloss.

Of course it can be done in any kind of blue shade but I did it with a kind of cobalt blue, to match my blouse. Check out the message on it :))

I have a thing with messages on clothes, my best friend once bought me a t-shirt that had: "Are you rich?I'm single!" :)) though I'm not like that (unfortunately ?... :)) ) and when I was in high school I even had oned that said"Sex, booze & rock& roll". So...you can see I'm not a person to be wearing decent messages on clothes :)))

Nordstrom shoes sale, I love Mr. Madden :X

With Paris fw being all over the place I figured I would take a break from enjoying all these fabulous desings and concentrating on something I might actually get :P So I ended up with this shoes list from Nordstrom with some "on sale" items that are so pretty! And they deliver internationally (that's always a problem for me)!
Steve Madden really knows his job well.
Anyway, I hope I'll get my bf to buy me a pair for my up coming birthday :D

A day in the park

The other day we went in the park with Luck (Skywalker), my bf's dog. He's the laziest and stinkiest dog alive! Sometimes I hate his ass, but all in all he's a cute dog and he's never bitten anybody! The weather wasn't very good, it was a cloudy day, but it doesn't get any better around here... Today it was snowing and freezing!!! (I so hope for the spring to come sooner!)

Anyway, I'm sorry for my lack of posts lately, I'm having some hard time being jobless and I don't feel like blogging or...anything, for that matter.

The Dolce and Gabbana hysteria!

A few days ago, when I was browsing style.com and looking (drawling...) over the Dolce and Gabbana collection I thought: I have to blog this! Ok....and then!!! Next thing you know, it's all over the place, everybody's talking about it, it is huge, right? I'm not the only one that loved it!

I loved the thing that they put the "underwear as outerwear" trend out there for good! (I secretly hope that I'll live through the day when people will be walking along the streets naked and it will be normal, just for the fun of it, so this is an important step :)) ) I loved the thing that they combined the 2 materials we knew were coming for this summer: velvet and lace! And I loved those little purses that looked like coin little bags!!So sweet!

It was such a beautiful and really wearable way of showing the sexy working woman that can handle the coolest clothes!

Below are a few favorites, I especially liked the ones that showed the red/black and yellow/black combination!

Prada is losing it!

THE PLATFORM, that is!
And if you remember their spring 2009 RTW collection, you also remember the almost imposible way of walking in those super high platform shoes. Now it apears it's all over. And you know that when Prada is doing it, it won't be long until everybody's going to do it. It happened with the platform, with lace, with underwear as outerwear, etc.

Nevermind the whole air of the collection, a kind of 30 years old office post secretary meets the '70 librarian (this is the vibe it gives me) , the important thing is that soon enough we will lose the platform. I really can't tell if this is good or not, but it's certaily important. We've seen it before in other designers collections, but in a more shy way.

So here are a few of my favorite shoes they presented. (I love the fact that they consolidated the sock + sandal look!)
