What will you wear?

So everybody from top designers to high and low end brands are crazy about prints right now. That's no news. We already know it. But as I was searching the web for clothes that I wish for I was thinking about posting some of the new in prints and see which one is the hottest.

Unfortunately for me, some of the brands below do not ship to Romania, so I'll have to find another similar option, but...that's life around here!...
Anyway, tell me what you think and what will be in for you this spring? Abstract prints, florals, dots, animal print, DYI, or what else?

P.S. So sorry for not blogging so often these days, I'm very tired because of work and my exams, but hopefully this will end soon :D Also thanks for your sweet comments and support !

Why do we hate the 90s fashion?

First of all I have to apologize for not posting so often lately, it's because I've been very busy with my exams and at work.

But, I was thinking to ask you all, why do you think everybody around the fashion world speaks so bad about the 90s fashion? In my opinion fashion it's a way of expressing the characteristics of a certain society at a certain moment, so if people were wearing big t-shirts and knee long denim pants of those electric silvers and neon colors it must have been because all aspects of life were making it happen. And now, that we can look at the 90s from the distance of another decade of (what we think it's) great fashion trends we say: "God, did I ever wear that? Oh, no!"

Well probably some of you didn't wear anything picked by you in the 90s because you were to small. I was born in 87 so I was very young also but I remember begging my mother to buy me some very short neon orange and yellow t-short that I would never wear now, but that look so cool at the time! Let's face it:it was the time of Nirvana, No doubt, Backstreet boys, ordering from Quelle magazine and getting the Rachel ("Friends") hair do! It was pretty fun!

I hope maybe we can get some answers from the older (and wiser) readers on this subject, the ones that lived through the 90s and tell us: is that bad fashion or is it just fashion that had it's life in it's given time ?

A rose like make up

Following one of the moments trends in make up, which is very natural looking eyebrows, or even almost absent eyebrows (on blonds maybe...), I did this make up that lose like a rose petal to me...


Unfortunately thou,the pictures doesn't do it justice because of my crappy camera that doesn't show the actual colors and details.. But I hope you'll like it...

It's a neutral look, with peachy pinks, lilacs and a touch of blueish magenta with beige highlight :) (excuse my red bf t-shirt, it had nothing to do with the look:)) )

Look what a dear friend of mine send me the other day (everybody knows I'm crazy about clothes, make up and sweet stuff!)! Fashion decorated biscuits! Shoes, bags, ooo!

Fell in love with Valentino pre fall 2010

Hy everyone! I'm very busy these days studying, but I'll still do a post to show my new love for the Valentino pre fall collection (I also loved Lanvin pre fall a lot, but they're like a permanent love and the new collection is not very edgy compared to the last one)

Pink smokey eye !

All pink lovers gather around! It's a pink thing!
I wanted so much to do a pink smokey eye make up and to show it here, basically because I love pink and because I know I'm not the only one. This is a super fun make up to wear for the evening and maybe it cold be fit for Valentine's Day also :D
I've posted pictures of how I did it, hope you enjoy it.

I first applied a hot pink on the inner part of the lid

They I applied a black pencil and I smudged it around the outer part of the lid

Apply a dark grey on the pencil color

Also apply some blacK on the grey for a more dramatic effect

Go over the pink with a lighter shimmery pink. Also highlight the brow bone (I did this but my crappy camera doesn't show it too much...)

Apply a black eye pencil and go over it with some black eyeshadow to keep it in place

Then apply mascara an define your eyebrows and that's it :D

Books you love: Les Miserables and usually deep, real life related book(not SF, police, or smth like this...)
